Installing Pharos Popup

You can print from your laptop in Graphic Design, Stuckeman and SCDC after installing the Pharos Popup Package for the printers you need access to.

ArtsIT uses the Uniprint system which allows us to monitor all jobs printed and provide better support.

• At the start of every Fall Semester you should delete all printers from any previous year, and install the new package from https://uniprint.sala.psu.edu/uniprint/ (make sure you are either connected to the PSU wireless or the VPN)
• You will see an option for either Graphic Design or Stuckeman Popups.
• Select the one that corresponds to your department.
• You should be running at least Mac OS 10.14 or Windows 10.
• Use Safari or Microsoft Edge to download the print package from the Uniprint site. (The download may not start if you are using Google Chrome)
• Do not copy the installer and run it from another location, the printers will not install properly.

REMEMBER: You must request that your print account be activated each fall, your print account is disabled until you do so. Click here to submit your request:  Print Account Request Form
